The International Critical Journal is dedicated to promoting art and literature contests. Through our platform, we aim to celebrate the creative spirit and provide a global stage for emerging talents to showcase their artistic and literary prowess. Through curated submissions, we hope to foster a vibrant global community of artists and writers, inspiring innovation and pushing the boundaries of human expression. This journal's commitment to nurturing talent and recognizing excellence in the realms of art and literature is truly commendable, making it an indispensable resource for both aspiring and established creators worldwide.

Together, let's liberate youth voices
Globally.

We ask for International Critical Writing Submissions to our International Critical Writing Journal in hopes to find an untapped community of excellent writers outside of the states. This Journal's primary purpose is to find exceptional writers from all over the globe.  As the Incandescent, we have always promoted the illumination of youth voices, and now, we're expanding it worldwide. Through this publication, we aim to promote our critical writing department and the international website. All rights revert back to the author upon publication, however we ask that you mention The Incandescent Review in future publications as where your work was originally published.

 

Submissions must go through email. Please email your submissions to submissions.incandescentreview@gmail.com with the subject heading "Attn: The Incandescent CW Journal_YOUR NAME_YOUR COUNTRY"

 

 

CRITICAL WRITING SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Submit your work as a .doc, .docx, or .pdf.

  • It is highly suggested that people that don't reside in the United States submit to the journal

  • Do not include the writer's name anywhere on the title box or document. We read all submissions name-blind.

  • All submissions must be in English. If you include words or phrases in another language, please include their English translations at the bottom of your submission.

  • Please also include a brief, third person biography, which will be added as contributor notes.

  • Plagiarism is not allowed. We do not accept submissions that include slurs or hate speech.

  • If you are submitting more than one piece, please submit them as separate documents with the title of the piece as the document name. 

  • 11-12 point font, double-spaced, no more than six pages per submission
