Film Submissions

We are currently closed to submissions. Stay tuned for our next submissions period!

The Incandescent Review is looking for work that expresses honest opinions and emotional responses to timely and relevant personal or world issues. Winners are selected every other week. Features on the winning submissions, such as interviews with winning filmmakers, will be published on our social media. A film is eligible for submission if its director is between the ages of 13 and 24.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES​

​

  • Runtime including credits must not exceed 10 minutes (no minimum runtime).

  • May belong to any genre (narrative, documentary, horror, etc…)

  • May feature violence, explicit language, drugs, and/or other potential adult content.

  • All music, images, titles, footage and other copyrighted material used in your submission must be properly licensed. You must have permission and/or the proper rights to all content submitted. 

  • Premiere status does not affect a film’s consideration nor its eligibility to win.
